Limited Warranty

Our Commercial and Industrial Operators are unconditionally warranted against defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of installation or three (3) years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Any part (including motor), parts or complete unit found to be defective within this period shall, at the manufacturer’s option, be repaired or replaced free of charge. The manufacturer will not be responsible for transportation and/or field service charges associated with repairs and replacements. The warranty applies only to the original registrant of the product and cannot be transferred to another party.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and shall be considered void if visible evidence implies recommended installation procedures and maintenance instructions were not followed.

Prodedure in case of a warranty claim

Contact the Napoleon/Lynx location from where you purchased your product, within the warranty periods mentioned above. Please provide the operator serial number and your claim will be evaluated and processed.
