By completing and submitting this form you agree that you have read and understand the Christian Miss eligibility requirements for participation and are in compliance with them all. You are also affirming that you have read and understand the titleholder expectations and responsibilities of Christian Miss Titleholders, our Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures, and Statement of Faith- all of which are detailed and accessible for download here.

Eligibility & Age Requirements:

Jr. Sweetheart through Miss- naturally born females, ages 4-22, who have never been married or given birth to a child and are law-abiding citizens of the USA who also meet the age division requirements by January 1st of the year of the NATIONAL competition.

Ms. Division - naturally born females, ages 23-26. Must be a law-abiding citizen of the USA who also meets the age division requirements by January 1st of the year of the NATIONAL competition. You may also have been married before, but are not currently. You may have been pregnant before and you may have children.

Appointed titleholders must live, attend school, work, or have residency in the state or region they are representing for at least 6 months out of a calendar year.

For state pageants, participants must live, attend school, work, or have residency in the state or regional pageant in which they are participating for at least 6 months out of a calendar year.

Please note, all titleholders (those vying for National Queen titles) will be required to attend and participate in all mandatory activitivies at Christian Miss Nationals which include community service projects, being presented on stage, and speaking before an audience.

Exhibition participants do not receive state sashes and crowns.

Parent Consent and Release of Liability

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in Christian Miss Nationals and all related events, activities, and programs (collectively referred to as “Christian Miss Events”).

Upon her acceptance, I acknowledge and assume all risks and hazards incidental to her participation, including travel to and from the event, and I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Christian Miss Organization, Inc., Christian Miss LLC, and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Christian Miss Entities”) from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in Christian Miss Events.

In the event of injury, illness, loss, or other damages to said child or her property, I hereby waive and release any and all claims against Christian Miss Organization, Inc., Christian Miss LLC, and the Christian Miss Entities, including but not limited to all staff, affiliates, participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the events.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.

I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Christian Miss Organization, Inc., Christian Miss LLC, and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Christian Miss Entities”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action of any kind that may arise from or relate to my participation in Christian Miss Events.

I further agree to waive any and all claims against Christian Miss Organization, Inc., Christian Miss LLC, and the Christian Miss Entities, including but not limited to their staff, affiliates, participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the events.
