    STEP TWO, COMPLETE VISITS AND NOTES WITH CLIENT VERIFICATION

    I understand that I must complete my,

    -SERVICE TASKS notes 

    -SERVICE VERIFICATION (PHOTO WITH CLIENT / SIGNATURE)

    -VISIT NOTES TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING SUCH AS LATE ARRIVAL

    -ADJUST TIME AS WHEN NEEDED; VISIT NOTE REQUIRED

     

    STEP THREE, LOG DEPARTURE

    I understand that I must deactivate the session. THIS IS FOR STATE REVIEW AND GENERATES A SYSTEM TIMESTAMP and GEO LOCATION STAMP.

     

    STEP FOUR, BILLING REVIEW AND CONFIRMATION

    Each Friday a summary of the week is posted for your review to make sure all notes are in and processed correctly. Please remember to check and let us know if anything needs adjustments.
