  • Rental Fees

  • An estimation of rental fees will be provided upon confirmation of receipt of this application.  All additional equipment and additional time shall be added to this amount and invoiced to the renter.

  • APPLICATION SUBMITTAL

  • I, the lessee have filled out the FACILTY RENTAL APPLICATON form and understand that the facility will be available based solely on the times I have provided. I understand that I have a maximum lease time as listed on the RENTAL INFORMATION form. I understand that failure to remove all persons and property from the facility after my event, will result in a bill for additional hours. I, the lessee understand that a security deposit is required for my event and must be paid in additional to my rental fee.
