My serving ware is environmentally conscious. Please review and check each box after reading it to signify you agree with and will abide by each statement.

I will not bring disposable plastic plates, utensils, etc. to the event.
I will serve food with recyclable or compostable plates/utensils (i.e. paper, bamboo, palm leaves, etc.) at the event.

All booths MUST be set-up by 2:00PM and may only be taken down after 7:00PM.
Food Sales: CRC does NOT handle food sales. It is the responsibility of the vendor to negotiate sales and matters of taxation.
No refunds shall be given due to cancellation or interruption of the festival for reasons beyond the control of event organizers.
Release of Liability: Cumberland River Compact shall not be liable for any injury to vendor, their personnel, agents, employees, or for any damage or loss of vendor's product, equipment, or other personal property arising out of the above event, the mounting and.or any other activities involved in the preparation for the event.
Insurance: Vendor shall be solely and exclusively responsible to properly and adequately insure their property for the event.
Photo & Video Release: Vendor gives permission to the Cumberland River Compact to use photographs or videos of the vendor, their products, and anything of or pertaining to the event to be used in the newspaper, or publicity purposes, public relations, promotional materials, and/or newsletters.
