A 'Team' is defined as an Agent with one or more
licensed listing/selling assistants/partners.
Application fee of $65 must be paid for every team member wanting to receive PAC recognition (see page 2 for plaque details). The 2020-2021 Association dues must be paid prior to application submission. All transactions must have closed during 2020.
Late filing period - An application may be turned in between the due date through 5:00 pm, January 31st as long as accompanied by the application fee + late fee of $250. No applications will be accepted after January 31st.
