It is our desire to give back to Annandale, Maple Lake, Clearwater, South Haven, Kimball and the surrounding communities and rather than doing it alone, we're asking for your help and participation! What the Heart of the Lakes Team loves MOST about real estate is giving back and helping people. So, in honor of our biggest year in business, our real estate team is giving back to our community in a HUGE way!
Each month, we'll be giving $1000 to a deserving individual. This person might have made a huge impact on you personally, or maybe they impact the entire community. Perhaps it is a person who is currently struggling and needs a little help getting back on their feet. Maybe it is someone who constantly helps others and it is time for them to be recognized for their generosity. Whatever it may be, we're giving YOU - our local communities - the opportunity to nominate our next 1K Give Away recipient.
Rules:
- You cannot nominate yourself.
- One nomination per entry.
- Nominee must be over 18 years of age.
- You must be willing to be interviewed about WHY you nominated this person. (Recipient will also be acknowledged publicly.)
- We have a committee who ultimately decides on the recipients; not all nominees will be chosen to receive $1000.
