Each applicant must have two forms submitted on their behalf (both found on the BWC website under application forms):

(1) Church Membership Status Form - This form must be filled out and submitted by the Session of the church at which you are a member confirming the status of your membership.

(2) Pastoral Reference Form - This is a reference and recommendation form that should ordinarily be submitted by the session or pastor of the church at which you are a member. However, if you have not been regularly attending and/or in contact with your home church session/pastor (e.g. due to having recently moved or to being away at college), then please have your closest spiritual leader (another pastor, elder, or campus ministry leader) fill out this form.

**Please note that you will need to send a link to your pastor/session and request them to fill out and submit these forms. Applicants will not be officially approved until these forms have been received.

I understand and acknowledge that if I am eligible to receive a summer stipend, I will receive a salaried amount (varies by position) from the Chapel minus New Jersey payroll expenses, plus free room and board at an estimated value of $4000 per individual.
