2020 Corporate Plus Corporate Sponsor Nomination Form

To be completed by an NMSDC National Corporate member
Thank you in advance for nominating an MBE to become a member of the prestigous NMSDC Corporate Plus program. We recommend you inform and confer with the MBE(s) that you plan to nominate them and encourage them to become a Corporate Plus member. Please complete this form and attach a letter of reference signed by a senior executive of your corporation for each candidate. Nominations are due by April 3, 2020

A National Corporate member can nominate up to three MBEs for membership. In order to be considered for membership the MBE must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Must have minimum gross sales equal to an MBE Class 3 ($10M) for fiscal year 2019
- Three years in their business or show process of succession in the same business
- Proven track record of successfully performing national, large regional, multi-regional and/or complex contracts of their Corporate Plus sponsor and must be currently capable of performing additional contracts of similar scope and size for other National Corporate members
- MBEs must be certified and maintain that certification after becoming a Corporate Plus member
- MBE must have a supplier diversity program leader and have the ability to report their MBE spend
Once NMSDC receives your nomination form we will confirm the candidate(s) meets the minimum criteria for consideration, forward to the MBE a candidate form to complete and request a copy of their NMSDC certification.

The Corporate Plus Management committee will review the nomintions and forward their recommendations for membership to the NMSDC Board Executive Committee for approval. The sponsor and the candidate will be notified of the Executive Committee's decision no later than May 5, 2020 .
