We require a 48 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION for all new patients. Subsequent follow-up visits require 24 hours notice.
Should you need to cancel or change your new patient appointment you must contact our office 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you may be charged for your scheduled visit in full.
To be seen in our practice, we must have agreement to these terms, which include having your credit card charged if you are a NO SHOW or you don't canel or change your appointment within the said time frame.

PLEASE NOTE, if it is a NON-BUSINESS DAY (Friday through Sunday) - you must contact our after hours line and receive confirmation of cancellation. You will receive an e-mail showing the appointement was canceled.
