PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT
I agree that I am fully responsible for my physical and emotional well-being. I recognize and respect the limits of my body and will take precautions as needed to not exceed those limits
I take full responsibility for any and all personal injuries, property damage, loss of personal property, or any other loss that may result from my participation in this event.
I agree to not hold Joelle Kelly, Lu Jong New York, Nangten Menlang, Tulku Lobsang or the venue responsible for any damages, liabilities or expenses that result from my participation.
I am responsible for my own travel to the Education venue. If I do not live in the country where the event is being held, a valid passport will be necessary to travel there.
Portions of this teaching may be filmed or photographed for promotional or educational purposes. By participating, I consent to their use by Lu Jong New York.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Payment in full must be received before the start of the retreat, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement with Joelle Kelly.
All payments must be in US dollars.
If I need to cancel my participation in this Education there is a non-refundable processing fee of $215.
The NMI registration fee of $420 is also non-refundable.
The balance of monies paid is refundable until March 11th, 2020.
After March 11th, 2020, the balance of monies paid are 50% non refundable and 50% applicable only toward a future Lu Jong New York training or event.
There are no refunds or credits after April 20th.
