Exhibitor Hall Hours

On March 25, 2019, the exhibitor hall will be open from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. On March 26, 2019, the exhibitor hall will be open from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Location

The 2020 NCUIH Conference will be held at Nationals Park, 1500 S Capitol St SE, Washington, DC 20003. The exhibit area is located in the conference center.

Security

NCUIH is not responsible for exhibit security or any materials left in the exhibit hall.

Exhibitor/Vendor Fees include:

•   Dedicated exhibition space

•   1 table with linen

•   2 chairs

•   2 exhibitor name badges

All exhibitors/vendors are explicitly limited to the designated exhibitor/vendor space. Spaces will be assigned by NCUIH staff. If additional space is needed, a second exhibitor/vendor space must be purchased. The exhibitor/vendor fee covers 2 attendees. Should the exhibitor/vendor need an additional participant, an additional exhibitor/vendor name badge must be purchased for $100.00. The total number of exhibitors/vendors per station may not exceed 3 attendees.

Conference Registration

Exhibitors/vendors wishing to attend the conference sessions (including workshops, workshops, and reception, and gala dinner) must purchase registration in addition to the exhibitors/vendors’ fees at a rate of $100.00 each.

You may optionally purchase one (1) additional badge, as well as any conference registration passes to attend all events associated with the conference, upon checkout below. Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations request must be submitted to events@ncuih.org in writing and postmarked on or before March 1, 2020 to receive a full refund minus $75 processing fee. Cancellations postmarked after March 1, 2020 will not be refunded.
