Preparation of planning your wedding is both exciting and full of challenges. You have time sensitive decisions and investments to make, from choosing the perfect location to agreeing on which vendors to hire as part of your team.

One of your most important choices is who will capture the moments and help make these memories something you can re-live as well as reference for future planning.

Completion of this form will ensure we both have an understanding of what your needs are, how images will be used and should be delivered.

***NOTE*** An itemized and detailed list of individual wedding images is available on our website. You can use this as a guideline as we realize the dynamics of each family situation is different; HOWEVER, We encourage you to be specific if any photographs are critical as we capture the special memories of the day! We do not want to miss that treasured moment with you and your favorite Aunt or a special decor to honor a loved on who is not physically present etc.
Delivery of Photographs: All digital images will be available in a private online album for viewing within 24 - 48 hours of the event to include high resolution down load capabilities for private use. All original high resolution images will be delivered on a USB Thumb Drive or private DropBox Folder to Client within 7 (seven) days of event with unlimited and unrestricted reproduction rights and usage permissions.

At Moment By Moser's reasonable prices, you can budget your wedding photography to fit your special day.

We offer two different pricing structures — a package where you get to pick a set number of photos and an unlimited package.

Copyright. Except as noted below, all photographs created by Moments By Moser Photography are copyright protected. It is a violation of federal copyright law to copy, scan, or allow photographs Moments By Moser Photography have created to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned, or altered (digitally or otherwise), without Moments By Moser Photography’s express written permission. Moments By Moser Photography hereby grants permission to The Client to print and/or share the images included on their digital files/ CD provided for an unlimited amount of time (NO commercial use or sale of image, contact MbM before entering in a contest).

Final Images. Upon receipt of the online viewing, select those you wish to have enhanced by choosing the SAVE TO FAVORITES option. You are allowed up to ten images per hour booked. All images will be delivered within approx. 1 weeks of receipt of selection and will include both original and enhanced digital files. If, for any reason, you need your images sooner than stated above, please feel free to discuss this at your session and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Additonal Enhancements and Editing: Photo touch-up and graphic manipulation with Photoshop or similar software is available for extra images is available for additional fees. Fees will be discussed individually per photo or group of photos when ordered depending on the enhancement requested. Once photos are delivered to you, any enhancements you make cannot be repaired, changed or further enhanced. Only original files will be enhanced by the photographer.

Fees: Photographer shall provide photography services described above for the fee below. Client agrees to pay to Photographer the payment in full prior to or at time of event, unless specific agreement is mutually made in advance of event.

We charge an hourly rate of $200 an hour for weddings which includes two professional photographers as well as any post editing, delivery of digital images on a free password protected online album and as well as a USB Thumb Drive or private Dropbox folder.

You can determine the amount of time that fits your budget.
