  • CONTRACT SUMMARY

    FOR AGENCY ONLY OPERATED BOOKINGS
  • A Contract Summary is required each time a Vacation Rental property is booked by guests. A Contract Summary is to be submitted no later than the start time of the occupancy. If an error was made on a submitted contract summary, the contract with the error must be voided by canceling the contract, and a new contract with the correct information will need to be submitted. If you have questions about this form please email us at vacation.rentals@palmspringsca.gov.

Please note that this Contract Summary Tool is being phased out and moved over to our new online system with GovOS. If you have not received an email with your account number and activation code for the new system, please follow this link - Vacation Rental Account Request - complete the form, and staff will send you instructions on how to sign up in the new system.

Contract Summaries for 2025 and any future dates must be submitted on your on-line business center. For assistance, please access our "How To" videos

If you have any questions, please email vacation.rentals@palmspringsca.gov

  • Please note, contract cancellation may only occur prior to the start of occupancy of the vacation rental property by a guest. Should your guests cancel their booking, and should you not submit a contract cancellation in a timely manner, the submission of the contract summary will count as one contract.

  • If a guest is being relocated after the first night of occupancy, the property they are being relocated from will have one contract count towards the total number of contracts.   The vacation rental property the guests are being relocated into will count as one contract towards total number of contracts as well. (I.E. 2 guest stays = 2 contracts).
