Vendor Space Agreement
All vendors are responsible for bringing any equipment they may need. This includes tables, tents, extension cords, etc. If you specified that you need electricity for your booth, we will do our best to set your station near an electrical outlet. Please be onsite no later than 11:00am for set up on Saturday morning. This will allow us to get things organized before the event starts. Break down will be at 6:00pm.
Social Media Agreement
All vendors agree to promote the Habitable Spaces 6th Annual Fall Harvest Festival via their social media sites leading up to, and the day of, the event. This includes sharing posts and inviting friends to the event. Please use the following hashtags when posting pictures or promoting the event: #habitablespaces #6thannualfallharvestfestival
