I/We agree to hold the National Association of Christian Athletes (NACA) and its agents harmless of any liability resulting from injuries or loss of property sustained by me/our child during any tournament/camp/retreat function. I/We give consent for my/our child to receive medical treatment by a registered nurse or licensed physician hen deemed necessary by the Tournament/Camp Director. I/We understand that NACA does not provide any form of accident or sickness medical benefits, including insurance coverage for me/my child whil I/my child am (is) participating in NACA activities or on NACA's premises. I/We agree that I/We are responsible for all medical expenses incurred from injuries/illnesses that I/my child might sustain. I understand that as a Participant, I or my child may be photographed or videtaped during normal camp or event activities, and these photos/videos may be used in promotional material.
The costs for camp is $225 per junior camper and $255 per teen camper. There is an additional $40 per camper for lodge housing, if available. I will contact Fort Bluff Camp in the event of a cancellation; I agree to have my child abide by the rules and guidelines set forth in the Planning Packet; I am responsible for the actions and attitude of my child. If there are any repeated infractions I realize it could jeopardize our returning to Fort Bluff Camp in the future.
The $25 Camper Pre-Registration Deposit is due by May 30. This Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is applied to the Balance at Check-In.
