Membership Application & Renewal Form
There are 3 levels of membership. Please read over the description and indicate your desired level of membership.

ACTIVE - A person having certification as a Certified Public Manager^® issued by a program accredited by the National Certified Public Manager^® Consortium who is currently or was previously a member.

FIRST TIME/GRADUATE - A recent graduate of or a currently enrolled participant in the NC Certified Public Manager^® Program who was not previously a member.

FRIEND OF THE SOCIETY - A person who does not qualify as an Active or First Time member, but who upholds the goals of the Society and desires affiliation.

LIFETIME - one time payment of $175 or 5 years of paid membership automatically conveys a Lifetime Membership
