Tenants should use this form to request a sublease be created and signed so that they may sublease their space. Sublease Requests are due 30 days prior to start of sublease.
Please see Operating Rules and Procedures ("ORP") incorporated into your lease, particularly section 20. “Lease Guidelines” part b. “Subleasing” for rules and procedures.

You may do so by:
- Emailing it to: torpedofactory@alexandriava.gov
- Using the online drop box here: https://form.jotform.us/TorpedoFactory/officedropbox
- OR Placing a copy in the Office of the Arts mailbox at the Torpedo Factory
