Angelo Pegran and Team are honored to be a part of your wedding day! We require a few items to ensure that your booking process runs as smoothly as possible and your most important day is secured in our calendar system. Please review our agreement terms and conditions below.
Terms and Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve wedding date and can be paid thought any of the payment options in our website only (www.angelomakeup.com).
- Due to the nature of the business and high demand, your wedding date will not be held until a deposit is paid and the agreement is received.
- A Credit card information has to be provide in order to book the appointment.
- The remaining balance has to be paid 1 week before the event. Specific dates could be provided in case you want to brake down the remaining balance and make automatic payments with the credit card provided.
- The day of the wedding exact cash will be the only form of payment accepted in case of Add-ons. Artist do not carry cash. Please have exact amount due.
- It is essential that each bridal party assigns one person to pay the balance before the event. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person whose name appear on this
agreement. This reduces confusion and consumption of time on a day were we want to keep you on-time and stress-free.
- It is the responsibility of the contracted client to pay any parking and valet fees to each artist.
- We will automatically add a flat rate of $20 for hotel valet parking fee (if applicable) for each artist to your balance.
- Angelo Pegran Makeup Artist and assistants will not be responsible for any type of allergy, breakout or discomfort from makeup application.
- Angelo Pegran Makeup Artist and assistants are also not responsible for any type of reaction due to any hair products used. We pride ourselves in giving nothing but the best. If there is any personal product you want or need to use let your assigned Artist know.
- It is important to show up with dry hair and clean face to your appointment. Please avoid any facial products with sunscreen or any leave-in hair products.
- Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment. If you are late for your time slot, we will do our best to accommodate you. We allow up to 30 minutes per person. After that time a late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled
time, or if the scheduled makeup/hair application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays. .
- Gratuities are not included in the rates and are greatly appreciated.
USE OF IMAGE: Angelo Pegran and team may use on its website, flyer, social media or advertising if it deems necessary - any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Angelo Pegran and team. Client(s) agrees to release any and all claims regarding use of his / her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for which the makeup artist / hair stylist has been contracted to do makeup and / or hair. Client(s) agrees to release to Angelo Pegran use of said photographer / videographer photographs and recordings.
ALLERGY RELEASE: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup product may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. I understand that I will be in direct contact with various cosmetics and products topically applied. I am aware of the following specific chemicals and / or cosmetics of which I am allergic or have a sensitivity to.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made up to (30) days before the wedding day without any extra charges. Deposit made to save the date, is still non-refundable and non-transferable. There are absolutely no refunds. Your wedding day is reserved especially for you and this deposit ensures services to be rendered. If you cancel within 30 days or less of the wedding day, the giving credit card account will be charge 100% of the total wedding day quote. In the event that the contracted Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist is unable to perform the services agreed upon due to an emergency, illness, or unexpected occurrence a trusted substitute equally qualified Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist will be assigned and informed of the contracted to complete the agreed upon services for the same agreed upon terms of payment in accordance with the services provision.
