  • COMMUNICATION REQUEST

  • This form is a detailed request to promote or change information about CB ministry activities (ie: events, classes, meetings, etc.) through one or more of the various communication channels of Coppell Bible (website, churchwide email, social media etc.)

    All requests MUST be pre-approved by an Executive Team member. Our Executive Team consists of Barkef Osigian, Michael Hewett, Brent Lamb, Nathan Lee, and Nicole Rossen. Women's Ministry activities can also be approved by Marci Elkins.

  • Activity Information (Event, Meeting, Class, etc.)

    Announcements are now produced every two weeks and shown two weeks in a row. Announcement requests must be received TEN DAYS BEFORE you want it shown to give ample time to create the graphic and include in the video.

  • Indoor Banners

  • It is up to the Ministry Team or Leader to provide all the details (including pricing and requirements) for banner printing. CBF has an account with AlphaGraphics in Carrollton. You may contact them (or another vendor of your choice) to obtain information about any banners you want printed. Once you have the requirements from them, please send to both Robyn Barnes and Gretchen Kirchner. Please allow at least one week to receive graphic files from our Communications Team.)

  • Outdoor Signage (prior approval from CBF Executive Team and City of Coppell required)

  • It is up to the Ministry Team or Leader to provide all the details (including pricing and requirements) for outdoor banner printing. CBF has an account with AlphaGraphics in Carrollton. You may contact them (or another vendor of your choice) to obtain information about any banners you want printed. Once you have the requirements from them, please send to both Robyn Barnes and Gretchen Kirchner. Please allow at least one week to receive graphic files from our Communications Team.)

  • NOTE: The max file size is 100000 KB (100 MB). If you try to upload a file larger than this, you will receive an error and there is no way to remove the large file. You will need to completely restart your request from the beginning.

    If your file(s) are larger than 100 MB, please email Robyn Barnes to coordinate a way to transfer the files to the Communication Team.
