The Guan Yin retreat is an intensive experience and all participants are expected to participate in the full schedule. Therefore, we only accept participants over the age of 18.
If you are under 18 and sincerely interested in attending, you can make a special request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

TB Risk Information
The City of Ten Thousand Buddhas is an international center that has visitors from all over the world. In order to ensure everyone’s health and well-being, we ask all visitors to answer the following questions regarding their risk for TB (tuberculosis) infection. We appreciate your understanding.
Our goal is to make the retreat accessible for all those who wish to attend. Our fees cover room, board and materials for the duration of the retreat. If you need financial assistance to attend the retreat, please apply below.
If you wish to, you may make a donation online that will support our retreat programs and allow us to offer financial support to others.
Fees for retreat: $200 ($150 for room and board, $30 materials fee, $20 non-refundable application fee.)
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival day, refunds will be available minus the $20 application fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before retreat arrival day do not qualify for a refund. Registration is non-transferable.
Upon submitting, you will be directed to Paypal to complete the payment with either a credit card or your Paypal account. We will not receive your application unless payment process is completed.
