CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled balloon flight to avoid being charged for your ride. No shows will be billed in full on credit card and gift certificates will be considered used.

Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and once received, all the recipient needs to do is call to schedule a ride. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but they are transferable.
