This form is for homeowners who have recently received a notice and need to inform us of either of the two reasons listed below.
Limited Appeals

Here are the circumstances in which you can file an appeal. Please note any other issues will not be responded to. Please allow at least 2 weeks for us to research and confer with the board or managing agent. A representative will get back to you at that time. Please make sure to call our 24-hour help line at 240-312-3926 as all issues pertaining to the inspection are covered there.
- You believe your home was cited in error and the issues are associated with another property.
- The issue cited on your home is correct, however it does not rise to the level of deferred maintenance.
