This application is to be used for all Reno County 4-H scholarships listed below.  All applications are due to Mike Tonn at tonn.mike@yahoo.com or Debbie Spence at spenced3@yahoo.com by March 1, 2017.  By clicking "Submit" at the bottom of this page, you will be emailing the form to Mike and Debbie.  Applicant must be a senior in high school or a freshman in college currently active in Reno County 4-H or must have been in 4-H up until 18 years of age.  Selection is based on 4-H participation, leadership, and community involvement.

1.  Complete the following form and attach your 4-H story (a one to two page document) which gives a summary of your participation in 4-H.  Please do not make a list, tell your story.

2.  Have a letter of recommendation from a current or past community leader from your club sent to tonn.mike@yahoo.com.  The letter should address examples of club and county-wide leadership, the character of the applicant, etc.

*This scholarship is for attendance at Hutchinson Community College only.  Application must also be made on an HCC scholarship application form and is due by February 15.  Selection will be made by the Reno County 4-H Foundation board.
