    • Show the server where leftovers will be stored

    Food Service and Food Delivery Methods

    Please choose the type of food service and food delivery that fits your needs
  • 1. Traditional Two-sided Buffet

    Guests serve themselves and clear their plates. DSC provides all chafing dishes, serving bowls, platters, and serving and eating utensils. We set up the buffet and stay for replenishing during the serve time. We clean up the buffet area and package leftovers from the table for you. 

    Please note that some venues require that we do the guest table clearing for which there would be an additional fee.

    2. Pigs Fly Drop-off ServicePig flying an airplane

    Whole Pigs, carved on site, are not available for this type of service. Pig is pre-carved at our shop.

    What to expect

    • We supply disposable foil pans, plates, forks, napkins, serving tongs, and serving spoons
    • Foods will be delivered hot/cold

    Your responsibility

    • Service tools such as ice, chafers, roasters, etc.
    • A surface ready for all the food pans to be placed
    • Towels or hot pads to place under hot foods
    • Uncover food pans, serve, and buffet cleanup

    Gold Presentation - Includes maximillion chafing dishes, stainless steel bowls, china plates, and stainless steel cutlery rolled in a linen napkin, water glasses, and carafes at guest tables with staff to clear guest tables.
