Signature Lines
Each ketubah has at least 2 (according to rabbinial law) required signature lines, and they are for the witnesses (עד - Hebrew spelling for Witness). Although not required, the additional signature lines are optional.

Each ketubah typically has 5 signature lines at most.

Also keep in mind that since the ketubah is a groom's obligation to the bride, the signature for the bride may not be necessary.
