Referral Rewards Settings
Your Referral Rewards Settings

Each month, our Call The Guy software automatically preforms an accounting function that checks to ensure that each client that you or your employees has referred has actually paid their monthly subscription fee.

A list of “paid subscribers” is generated and our software automatically sends a Referral Rewards payment list to our PayPal account with orders to pay each person and company their earned Referral Rewards.

PayPal then sends each Referral Rewards recipient an email, with a link, that allows each recipient to automatically transfer their monthly earnings -- from our PayPal account -- directly into whatever account they choose.

Now lets setup and adjust your initial settings.

(You can readjust them later, if you wish.)
Your Referral Rewards Assignment Option

Option 1 -- Your company has the option of keeping all of the monthly Referral Rewards income earned by your employees.

— OR —

Option 2 -- Your company can choose to direct the payments directly to each individual employee that actually refers a qualifying client to Call The Guy. Some companies select this option as a perk for their sales staff. A zero cost Bonus from you to them, if you will.

Referral Rewards Transfer Option

Since you opted to allow your employees to initially pocket their Referral Rewards, please indicate what you want to do with the Referral Rewards when the employee no longer works for you.

Option 1 -- Turn OFF the Referral Rewards Payments to an employee if the employee quits or is terminated and transfer the money to our company account.

— OR —

Option 2 -- Let the employee keep earning the Referral Reward Payments (like a quasi retirement plan).

Option 3 -- Call the Concierge Desk to control the Referral Rewards on an employee-by-employee basis.

You can call us and change and/or reset this option on an employee-by-employee basis whenever you would like. However, at this point in time, we need to program in your default master setting.

Where do you want us to send your Earnings Statement?

When we send the Referral Rewards payment list to PayPal we also send an Earnings Statement to everyone that is due a Referral Rewards payment each month.

This Earnings Statement is automatically generated and emailed to each affiliate, even if the affiliate transfers the payments directly to their employees. You will be able to track your employyee's earnings.

You can expect to receive a Referral Rewards Earnings Statement, showing a breakdown of the payments made to each of your employees, every month.

You will also be able to use this itimized list to track which clients are "Locked" to your company as far as referrals and Project Bidding is concerned.

Enter the Name, Phone Number, and Email Address for each employee or sales representative that is authorized to earn Referral Rewards on behalf of your company.

We use these names to link their referrals to your company. Their referals improve your promotional standing and we will push more business referrals your way. You help us... We help you. Another special feature from Call The Guy.

You can add and delete your employees from this list at anytime. We'll send you your settings link after we sign you up and get you in our system. Every month we will sent you an earnings statement.

Special Note — If your sales employee is not on this list, then your company will not receive credit for any referrals that they might bring in. After we register your company, we will send each person on this list a personal Referral Rewards Number. They will ask the people they refer to enter their Referral Rewards Number in the Refered By section of their Call The Guy enrolement form. The link is made - you get the credit and the Referral Rewards commission is paid based on the settings you made above.
All eligible employees must be registered here to earn Referral Rewards credits and income. Add as many as you would like.

FREE OF CHARGE

There is NO CHARGE for this promotional advertising service. It is included as part of our overall Affiliate Relationship Agreement.

You will be able to modify your advertisements and offerings, as often as you would like, directly from your on-line control dashboard. We’ll provide you with more information later.
