I hereby release the following parties: The East Hawaii IPA, Jorgeen & Richard Lee-Ching, and Jana Ching, from any and all claims and damage, loss, or injuries which may be suffered or sustained by me in connection with any activity at the property. All claims are hereby waived and released and I covenant not to sue therefor.
