I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Annapolis to make an annual donation of $200 ($100 donation at each biannual meeting). These donations will be made directly to local 501(c)(3) charities in the Annapolis area. I understand that even if I did not vote for the charity chosen by majority vote, I will fulfill my donation commitment. I also understand that if I am not able to attend a biannual meeting, I will provide my check(s) to another member to deliver to the meeting, or mail to 100 Women Who Care Annapolis in advance of or after the meeting. I understand that I must be present to vote. I give 100 Women Who Care Annapolis permission to use any photographs of me taken at meetings online or in promotional materials. My commitment will automatically renew, for successive one year periods, unless notice is given. I understand that if I have not donated within a year, I will be considered delinquent and removed as a member. Members can resign at any time with written notice, but also rejoin at any time by filling out this commitment form again.
