  • You have noted that you dispatched a technician for this call.  Make sure you include in the Resolution field who you spoke to, who you e-mailed the work order to, and that you cc'd the dispatcher for this region when e-mailing the technician.  Also make sure that you placed a note in Maintenance Connection with the technician's ETA.  If the technician did not provide an ETA, use the Target Date of the work order.
