We need you to take an active role in the success of the Space SIG by becoming involved in one of our project or planning teams. Please see the appropriate web page for more information about each area of involvement.

The expected commitment for every position is 2-5 hours of meetings and work per week. Note that there is a follow-on application to complete, specific to your chosen area.
There are numerous opportunities to lead teams in the Space SIG. Are you currently interested in being approached for a team leader role?
We ask every Space SIG member to commit to 2-5 hours per week in support of their role. Will you support your chosen team at this level of effort?
There are two events each year requiring team travel - the Space Project Management Meeting (annual), Aerospace Systems Conference (even numbered years), and Space Technology Session (odd numbered years, MLK weekend). Will you commit (resources permitting) to attending these events? Your team cannot be fully successful without your involvement at these events.

Legislative Visit and Additional Information
The Space SIG participates in an annual visit to Washington DC (February timeframe) to meet with legislators and discuss the importance of Congressional funding for space exploration. Are you interested in attending these visits?
