Welcome to the registration page for Week 4 of the 2018 Rugby NorCal Summer 7's Series! This event will be held in Silicon Valley, CA on Saturday, June 30, 2018.
The registration charge will be $100 per team and is non-refundable.
Team compliance requires at least 10 registered players per team and they have to be registered through Rugby NorCal (most already have been for the 15-aside season).
The Rugby NorCal 7's Series is open to Rugby NorCal registered Clubs and Out of State registered Clubs who are recognized by their respective State Rugby Organizations. The Rugby NorCal 7's Series is NOT open to Academy / All-Star 7's teams.
Rosters MUST be presented by your club at check in with the printed headshots from the CMS showing that the players on your roster are in fact registered to your Club. Failure to present your club/team rosters will result in your team being inelligible to compete! Please make sure your High School players bring their 2017/2018 School ID to every tournament in case there are questions about the roster.
All coaches must check in at the tent with thier official Rugby NorCal issued coaching lanyard. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN TECHNICAL ZONES WITHOUT A LANYARD. If you do not have at least one level 200 certified coach with a lanyard to be in the technical zone with your team, then your team will be inelligible to compete. To create a new roster for each 7's tournament, please follow these steps:
1. Log into CMS
2. Click on the League tab, then Schedule sub-tab
3. Make sure you are looking at the Division for which you wish to add the match
4. There is a "NEW" line at the bottom of each Division's schedule
5. Add the tournament date and the away team as "TBD"
6. Click the downward facing yellow or green arrow to save
7. You now have a new match in the CMS for your chosen Division, where you can enter your roster and print your roster/headshots
The matches will start at 9:00 am and end by 5:00 pm. Everybody is guaranteed at least three (3) 15 minute matches, maybe more, depending on how many teams in each division register.
