I grant to Shannon Kathleen Photography (Shannon O'Malley) the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that he/she has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration.

Images are edited at my, the photographer's, discretion and digital prints may not include all images shot. I, the photographer, reserve the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within my artistic standards.

I understand that Shannon Kathleen Photography owns the copyright to all of the edited and unedited (RAW) images from my session. I will be granted a print release for personal use of my edited images, however they may not be edited or altered in any way by the client. Also agreed upon is that I will not use the photos taken by Shannon Kathleen Photography to profit off of, or enter in any photo contests.

I release and discharge Photographer from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. If at anytime I attempt to alter or renege on this contract I understand that I will then be responsible for paying any and all balance due on full session fees, prints and any other items or services provided to me under this contract. I also understand that I may be responsible for any monies spent on advertising, print and or digital that may have to be altered due to reneging as well.

LATE POLICY: If you are running late I MUST hear from you before your session starts. Your session will still end at it's scheduled time. I'll wait 20 minutes max. If I don't hear from you I leave and you forfeit your deposit.You will try to plan accordingly and leave in a timely manner to arrive to your session a little early. Allow time for traffic, mishaps at home, and parking. If you are late, this time will cut into your scheduled session time with me.Attendance at photo sessions is limited to those being photographed. Having additional people present can be distracting to both the photographer and to those being photographed.Charges incurred by insufficient check funds are the sole responsibility of the client. Payment must then be made in cash.Cameras of any kind are not permitted at the shoot/sessionYou know your child and their abilities (if children are to be present). You will be solely responsible for their (as well as your own) safety before, during, and after the session. Please, I want safety 1st, do tell me immediately if you are concerned about your own or your child's safety at any point.I reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unfavorable weather conditions, illness, or emergencies.I have read about Shannon Kathleen Photography's style. I am fully aware that this session will be a team effort :) I am aware that Shannon does not direct her clients too much; that she talks only 10% of the time and the other 90% she is capturing moments as they happen.When I booked Shannon Kathleen Photography, we picked an activity to do during our session.

I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
