REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY

Upon arrival, your team must be USA/ASA sanctioned complete with sanction number, your team signed roster printed from registerusasoftball.com. No team will be permitted to play WITHOUT YOUR PRINTED SIGNED ROSTER AND VALID PROOF OF INSURANCE.

One coach per team must be ACE qualified and show proof. All coaches on your team must have the ASA back ground check and show proof. ALL coaches on your team must have a current concussion certificate and show proof. Team Check-in must be done at least one hour before your 1st game.

* 4 game min. / 1hr.10min.time limit/ placed into bracket play after first 2 completed pool games.

* All teams can expect to play Friday night based on your travel distance from the Spano Dome.

* Games could run late into the night both Friday and Saturday evenings.

The first 16 teams to register with full payment in each division will be accepted.

NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SCHEDULE IS MADE FOR YOUR ENTRY DATE.
